Among specific topics are the structural analysis of steels by cavitation erosion, the response and adhesive strength of titanium and hydroxyapatite bilayer films on polyetheretherketone substrate, biopolymer blends as potential biomaterials and cosmetic materials, investigating a mechanical valve impairment after eight years of implantation, and the numerical analysis of stresses and strains in a bone-implant assembly.
